• Your email address — when you join the waitlist or create an account.
• What you put into a case — the account of what happened, anything you paste from Airbnb, the photos you upload and the names you give them, and your conversation with the AI. You choose what goes in here; it is the material we work from.
• About those photos — we re-encode every one on upload, which strips the metadata your camera attached. That includes the GPS coordinates of where it was taken, so we never store the location of your property. What we keep is the picture.
• Basic usage counts — page views and which step of the waitlist you reached. We never attach your name or email to them. The address of the page counts as a page view, so opening a case records that a case with that id was opened — never anything written in it.

We don't ask for payment details, government ID, or guest personal data, and you shouldn't paste them into a case.

We run on other people's infrastructure. These companies handle your data on our behalf:

Clerk

— your account and sign-in — email address, session

Neon (Postgres)

— the database: your account row, cases, waitlist entry

Cloudflare (R2)

— stores the photos you upload to a case. The bucket is private — photos are served only to your signed-in account, never by a public link

Resend

— sends the waitlist and account email; holds your address

Microsoft (Azure OpenAI)

— runs the model — it receives the case text you submit, and the photos on the case when an assessment is run, in order to produce the assessment and the chat replies

Langfuse

— records that an assessment or chat happened, so we can see what the AI costs and when it fails — the account it belongs to, which case, the model, the token counts, and the provider's error message if one comes back. It is not sent the case text or the AI's answer

Upstash (Redis)

— the rate limits that keep one account from using the AI all day; holds your IP address for the sign-up and share-card routes, and your account id for the rest

Sentry

— crash reports, with personal data collection turned off

Axiom

— keeps the application log for 30 days — one line when something happens (a signup, an admin action, an error). A waitlist line includes the email address it concerns; no line ever contains case text or a photo

PostHog

— counts of waitlist funnel steps and which pages get opened, including the address of a case page (its id, never its contents); no autocapture, no recordings, and we never attach your identity to them

Umami

— cookieless page-view counts

Vercel

— runs and serves the site

§7 of the Terms is the document that decides this, and it is broad: you keep ownership of what you submit, and you grant us a licence to host, process, analyse, summarise, aggregate, de-identify, derive insights from and build on it — including to improve, train and commercialise LodgerLabs — which continues after you stop using it. Read it before you put a case in.

Where the two documents differ, the Terms control what may be done with your content and this page controls the handling of personal information (§16). So take what follows as a description of what we actually do — not as a narrower right than you granted.

• We don't sell your data to data brokers, and we don't share it for advertising.
• We don't post anything to Airbnb for you. Drafts are yours to send from your own account.
• We don't hold your money, and we are not your lawyer — this is drafting and process navigation, not legal advice.

Your cases stay until you ask us to delete them or your account goes away. Waitlist entries stay until the beta is over or you ask to come off. Ask and we'll delete — email below.

Deleting your account removes your account and your cases. It doesn't reach back into work already derived from them — de-identified patterns, aggregates, and anything already built on them stay, which is what §7 of the Terms says and what any honest version of this sentence has to say too.

Ask for a copy of what we hold on you, ask for it corrected, or ask for all of it deleted. One email, and a person reads it. This is a beta run by two people — there is no ticket queue to get lost in.
